Durable Grooving for Heavier Cattle and Tougher Conditions
Beef operations demand flooring that holds up under weight and movement. Our beef barn grooving service gives you dependable traction in feedlots, holding pens, and sorting chutes, where footing matters most. Clean-cut grooves help prevent slips and injuries, reduce stress on livestock, and give you better control when working large animals.
Beef cattle are heavier and move faster in confined spaces
Smooth concrete becomes a real hazard — one misstep can injure valuable livestock or create danger for handlers. Over time, old grooves wear down or fill with buildup, making surfaces slick again.
Our Solution
We use heavy-duty diamond-tip cutting blades to form deep, uniform grooves designed for traction and longevity. This method cuts cleaner than chipping, avoids uneven edges, and stands up to repeated scraping, cleaning, and high impact from hooves and equipment.
